Why use a Buyer Representation Agreement

It will be your decision as to whether or not you sign it. If you choose to, and are not satisfied with our services, you may terminate this agreement prior to writing a purchase contract. Your agent will provide you with a copy of this agreement, developed and approved by the California Association of REALTORS®.
