I have been listing and selling real estate for the past 8 years in the Bay Area. Ninety percent of my business comes from referrals from friends and satisfied clients. With years of teaching prior to real estate, I have the knowledge and patience to walk buyers and sellers through the sometimes overwhelming process of selling and buying a home. I am dedicated to making the purchase and sale of a home a wonderful and smooth experience for each client. I believe that listening and communicating every step of the way, to all parties involved in the buying and selling process, are the two most important skills to implement in real estate.

I grew up throughout the United States and landed in California in 1984, and know the Bay Area neighborhoods intimately. Traveling is a great passion for me. I lived in Japan for three years and speak Japanese. Through my experiences of visiting over 35 countries, I have a heightened awareness of the cultural subtleties of moving to a new neighborhood, state, or country. Now, I am a resident of Oakland and enjoy investing in real estate. My own personal experience with purchasing and selling properties provides valuable insight for my clients.
